In two separate trips, I disposed of the piles of demolition debris that had been languishing outside the shop since beginning the project back in October:  about 1600 lb. total of wood and fiberglass, which I deposited at a local landfill/recycling center.

Only the various fiberglass parts--old liner pieces, icebox, and miscellany--ended up in the true landfill, where they'd surely live on for years to come, albeit buried beneath the dirt "cap" that would soon cover them.  But my time with these disgusting pieces was over.  Perhaps a dump archaeologist a few hundred years in the future might excitedly uncover them as steadfast remnants of a past time.
